Our workforce – going from strength to strength.

We are pleased to announce a 10% growth in employee headcount over the last 12 months. Our hardworking teams are now benefiting from the extra initiative, skills and experience that these new team members bring.

Whilst we are pleased to be a growing company who continues to employ in our locality, we are also very proud of our established staff retention rate.  With 6 employees reaching 25 years of service and over half of our workforce with at least 10 years of experience, our customers can be confident that there is a growing abundance of expertise within our facility.

Our production training supervisor commented “We have many multi-skilled employees within our facility.  Cross training throughout production allows us to increase productivity and create flexibility to ensure our customer demands are met time after time.  The eagerness that our employees show towards cross-training makes my job at Reel Service worthwhile. It is rewarding to be part of the development of new and existing colleagues”.
