Reel Service Ltd.’s flexible range of vacuum packaging machines may be configured for a wide range of industries, from Semiconductors & Electronics to Food industry standards.
For protection of parts in storage or transport these machines package and heat seal to provide optimum atmospheric conditions for product preservation. Our ESD (Electro Static Discharge) machines are manufactured with antistatic components, tested according to DIN EN 61340-5-1:2001, so that ESD sensitive components, assemblies and PCB’s may be vacuum packed in a static safe environment. Vacuum packaging protects against dust, damage, Ultra Violet and Radio Frequency contamination when used with appropriate barrier bags, Electrostatic discharge, humidity oxidisation and corrosion. All machines are compatible with antistatic aluminium moisture barrier bags.
