Devices may be supplied by customers to Reel Service Ltd. on a programme only basis, held at Reel Service Ltd’s secure facility as consignment stock, programmed and delivered to order. Strict ESD standards protect devices from static damage and a ‘virtual store’ philosophy provides ‘stock availability’ information and high security.

‘First article’ approval is obtained to verify part and programme integrity prior to production volume programming processes. Additionally, all programme revisions are logged and backed up on Reel Service Ltd’s secure systems. An FTP server provides a secure file transfer facility. Shipments may be made on a daily ‘ship to line’ basis in any volumes to suit customer demands either in trays, tubes or tape and reel.
