We specialise in Tape & Reel packaging of standard and odd form devices as well as wafer level processing to tape or waffle pack with high resolution vision inspection options available on all automatic placement machines.

We also manufacture and supply carrier tapes and a range of other materials and equipment used in the tape and reel process.
