In Scotland Silicon Glen, a recent expansion of its tape manufacturing capabilities has furthered its commitment to the European marketplace. With its complete extensive materials manufacturing operation, AIM Scotland offers customers a complete range of tape materials capability.
Reel Service Limited also provide KLIK REELS™, a full range of cover tapes and all other sundry supplies needed for complete in-house packaging requirements.
In addition, Glenrothes provides full contract Tape & Reel, inspection and programming services. It has now expanded our Tape & Reel service into the Wafer Level Chip Scale Packaging market.
