Telford Svc. Phils. Inc. was incorporated in 2000 to provide back-end semiconductor manufacturing services such as taping, de-taping, inspection and other related activities such as IC programming to MNCs in South Philippines.

It has established successful strong 'partnership programs' with renowned MNCs.

  

As the most advanced of the group facilities, Reel Service (Philippines), Inc. and Advanced Integrated Materials ("AIM"), established in 1997, have made impressive advances into the Philippines and Asian marketplace.

Its high-tech modern tape manufacturing facility houses advanced tape manufacturing machines, which are utilised to serve Philippines customers as well as our worldwide customer base.

AIM offers its full range of products through the Philippines facility including all of the following:

carrier tape manufacturing
tape materials engineering and technical support
cover tape sales, warehousing and distribution
KLIK REEL™ supply in static dissipative, natural, conductive and bakeable
moisture barrier bags, desiccant, and humidity indicator cards

Reel Service also provides Back-end manufacturing services such as taping, detaping and device inspection. It also provide IC programming service.
